Welcome to Roadrunner!

RoadrunnerSo my brother and I formed our own business titled Roadrunner: we build your social capital. I’ve always held onto closely-guarded marketing secrets and kept them to myself while not wanting to share what I know with others..  I have serious courage now to start a new company  and it’s great. My brother, Joseph, is going to take care of the management end. I’m learning a lot of code, administering a server, running automated systems, and doing marketing analysis. Starting a few years back, I’ve been able to accrue close to 100K followers on Instagram and attribute this mostly to my photography and the high-quality content that I post, daily. Building social network communities is no easy task and takes a lot of effort, which very few people care to undertake or simply lack the patience to watch it grow slowly; yet most people want or covet that kind of connection or audience.  I naturally have an obsession and passion for networking and probably wouldn’t have pushed the envelope so dang hard if I didn’t.

So now I’m going to start doing it for a few businesses through a selective process and taking on responsibilities that I can manage. These clients will learn my knowledge and insight. My dream has been to develop an independent career as an entrepreneur in this niche because I have the expertise to manage and build social capital. I don’t know any company that wouldn’t want this sort of service? We are here to help every company we work with, one-to-one level, to help them grow and forge their way through the murky territory of social networking.  Taking this lead has required climbing out of my comfort circle and applying what I know to other business niches and it’s proving fruitful and beneficial for others. This is what I do as a mover & shaker and don’t waste any time.

There’s are two ways to deal with social networking… You can be a slave to it or you can put social networks to work for you. That’s what I’ve learned to do! They do my bidding!!!

The Law of Attraction

moab_motel_4blocksIn 2014, two different friends approached me at different times who were serious about starting their own businesses and wanted to hire me because of my skill-set and social capital. At first these “opportunities” seemed legit but as time went on I realized one thing. Some of these people might only be interested in my secrets to building big communities on social networks. It turns out,  the first company could care less that I was a photographer, first and foremost. They were simply interested in my followers and not me. I had invested a lot of hard work with this company who branded themselves as Facebook marketing gurus. Yet, when the company’s own fan-page began to suffer, they went and purchased a bunch of fake followers. After about the fourth month of work, they had extended an offer to make me one of their “founders” but I didn’t take the bait for specific reasons already mentioned. Six months later they went out of business, unsurprisingly.

The next dude was a friend and colleague with whom I had worked with on a previous job. He was a  CPA (public accountant) but this is a rant, so forgive me! It comes down to the fact that he was a big-talker slash pipe-dreamer who was always introducing ideas to me of partnering up in a business with him. He wanted me to help him develop a lucrative tourism company near Zion National Park. Personally, I was pretty dang ecstatic and enthusiastic about it for a while and dedicated; always giving him my strongest energies and ideas. In truth though, he was always leading me on, promising things, extending offers, but NEVER delivered or followed through on ANYTHING. Eventually, I gave up on him.

Right now, I’m waiting on another job. One of my close photography friends wants to hire me to partner up with him to photograph multi-million dollar properties in Las Vegas, Nevada. The income is supposed to range around $80,000 in the first year and I was supposed to start three weeks ago. Nothing is materializing yet, and I’m finally running out of money as I wait with crossed fingers.

Is there a pattern that is forming here as a result of my past thought processes? Is this level of consistency LIVING PROOF that I should have changed my negative thoughts into positive ones long ago?  It quickly becomes apparent as I flush-out the rest of these negative energies down the toilet. According to the Law of Attraction your thoughts and actions become your reality; thoughts become things. Right now, I’m imagining a million dollars sitting in a personal bank account while my content grows super-viral. I dream and desire to find new friends who are dependable and reliable entering my life, as I strive to be that way, myself. I believe in the Law of Attraction and I’m grateful for what I do have. Count your many blessings!

Howto Escape the Life-Sucking Corporate Beast

My Thoughts on this Very Important Matter: Escaping the BEAST!

Corporations in my belief are composed of people who follow rules, need guidance and management, and don’t know know how to take control of their lives. If you adhere to the status quo and are stifled by fear and need “job security” to feel good about your reality, then you need to be just keep doing what you’re doing and walk away from this post. Not all corporations are bad, mind you, some are an exception to the rule but many of them are slave-masters, and fall under the hood of Corporate Beasts. They are essential to creating worker beehives that make a of those kingpins at the top, filthy rich. I see it like a pyramid scheme and in some ways it isn’t much better than worst MLMs that exploit people and rip em off, where it matters most. If you think pyramid schemes distasteful and unethical, you need to realize that many corporations are killers of human creativity like a cryptanite on the spirit. For me, they have become the epitome of everything I hate about Capitalism and Free-Market.

Don’t get me wrong, I love Capitalism, and I believe in the Free-Market. I just don’t want to be the worker bee constantly trying to survive and find job security. Where the future is uncertain, my biggest goal is in motion, to break free of the retirement mentality. I’m a rugged individualist, and I’ve only been briefly employed by corporations, here and there, because try to avoid their power to smother the human spirit and rob people of their time on Earth and all hard working efforts. No amount of money is worth the time they suck out of their worker bees!

Breaking away from the corporate beast means an escaping the financial peasantry and slavery. That’s what it is, wage-slavery. I’m the Desert Rat and whenever I have to deal with the bad corporation it inflames my passion to create my own destiny and defy the traditional ways of thinking and considering. I hate the square cubicle culture of the Free-Market; I hate the status quo of what this majority thinks and I’m the opposite of a traditionalist in this regard almost to the point of being a staunch critic of Western Civilization.

So call me the Desert Rat, because I’m happy innovating and designing my own lifestyle, and I will liberate my soul from the beast, reinvent myself, and trail-blaze a path to a future of my choosing. The biggest tragedy in the free-market-world is when people choose to live a life of misery and settle for the existence of being a worker-bee.

The free-market itself is not inherently evil. It’s the oppression that people feel in the heart, where inaction is the crutch and people accept their mundane existence. If you wake up, dream, and REALIZE that YOU are the key to becoming FREE, then you can make the CHOICE to LIBERATE YOURSELF! That’s the truth. Whenever I have to negotiate with a corporation, or utilize their necessary evils, it serves as a reminder of what my real vision is, and propels me to know that I’m a sovereign entity battling their oppression. I’m an executive of the desert. I’m a FREE SPIRIT. The Creator has inspired me. The world is conformity, and I’m different as a rebel to that normalcy. This is a great quote and becomes key to changing your outlook:

“Once in a while it really hits people that they don’t have to experience the world in the way they have been told to.” -Alan Keightley

So take this truth and realize it! Begin to believe it, and start changing your attitude at this very moment, not a nanosecond later! Today is the first starting point in your life where you want to make this change for the better. The time is NOW to act. Are you afraid to take any action against your life of ordinary conformity!? Are you frightened of risk and breaking free of the beast, not knowing where to land? Well. the time is NOW to start thinking about all of this and putting a plan of action together… Thats what I’m doing! The time has arrived to plant this seed of defiance, and to create the life that you only dream of. If you wait too long, you will take those dreams and hopes to the grave, six feet under, and they will be forgotten to the sands of time. You’re biggest defeat will be your own inaction.  The single biggest risk you face is also your inaction! If you do nothing at all, you have only yourself to blame for the oppression your facing in life. It’s not the government or even the corporate beast… It is YOU! Are you going to fall back on inaction, and excuses? If you choose to remain passive and ignore this advice, then sobeit and enjoy your continued life uninspired misery!
