Believing in the Impossible

The brain needs help. It needs love and discipline and constant training through daily learning. The training involves writing, skill-development, and reading. Reading specifically tends to kill my procrastination. The internet seemed to kill books and now I’m going back to them like long-lost friends.

I’m climbing this mountain and I’m one of the few that will reach the summit. In my mind, this started as an impossible journey that became real. My resolve took me every step of the way.

Now I’m looking down and I’ve created more mountains to climb as I become the one percent. I’m working my way to discovering the one percent of one percent. Its like traversing through a worm-hole vortex that no one else knows exists. Yes, it is a worm-hole and it appeared simply because I believed.

Yes, I’m fully aware of how short my time is and what I need to do. It’s not hard because everything has become natural. I never give up. I take a break and catch my breath but I keep on keeping on. Here I am at the top of the world becoming the top of my game.

Welcome to Roadrunner!

RoadrunnerSo my brother and I formed our own business titled Roadrunner: we build your social capital. I’ve always held onto closely-guarded marketing secrets and kept them to myself while not wanting to share what I know with others..  I have serious courage now to start a new company  and it’s great. My brother, Joseph, is going to take care of the management end. I’m learning a lot of code, administering a server, running automated systems, and doing marketing analysis. Starting a few years back, I’ve been able to accrue close to 100K followers on Instagram and attribute this mostly to my photography and the high-quality content that I post, daily. Building social network communities is no easy task and takes a lot of effort, which very few people care to undertake or simply lack the patience to watch it grow slowly; yet most people want or covet that kind of connection or audience.  I naturally have an obsession and passion for networking and probably wouldn’t have pushed the envelope so dang hard if I didn’t.

So now I’m going to start doing it for a few businesses through a selective process and taking on responsibilities that I can manage. These clients will learn my knowledge and insight. My dream has been to develop an independent career as an entrepreneur in this niche because I have the expertise to manage and build social capital. I don’t know any company that wouldn’t want this sort of service? We are here to help every company we work with, one-to-one level, to help them grow and forge their way through the murky territory of social networking.  Taking this lead has required climbing out of my comfort circle and applying what I know to other business niches and it’s proving fruitful and beneficial for others. This is what I do as a mover & shaker and don’t waste any time.

There’s are two ways to deal with social networking… You can be a slave to it or you can put social networks to work for you. That’s what I’ve learned to do! They do my bidding!!!

The Law of Attraction

moab_motel_4blocksIn 2014, two different friends approached me at different times who were serious about starting their own businesses and wanted to hire me because of my skill-set and social capital. At first these “opportunities” seemed legit but as time went on I realized one thing. Some of these people might only be interested in my secrets to building big communities on social networks. It turns out,  the first company could care less that I was a photographer, first and foremost. They were simply interested in my followers and not me. I had invested a lot of hard work with this company who branded themselves as Facebook marketing gurus. Yet, when the company’s own fan-page began to suffer, they went and purchased a bunch of fake followers. After about the fourth month of work, they had extended an offer to make me one of their “founders” but I didn’t take the bait for specific reasons already mentioned. Six months later they went out of business, unsurprisingly.

The next dude was a friend and colleague with whom I had worked with on a previous job. He was a  CPA (public accountant) but this is a rant, so forgive me! It comes down to the fact that he was a big-talker slash pipe-dreamer who was always introducing ideas to me of partnering up in a business with him. He wanted me to help him develop a lucrative tourism company near Zion National Park. Personally, I was pretty dang ecstatic and enthusiastic about it for a while and dedicated; always giving him my strongest energies and ideas. In truth though, he was always leading me on, promising things, extending offers, but NEVER delivered or followed through on ANYTHING. Eventually, I gave up on him.

Right now, I’m waiting on another job. One of my close photography friends wants to hire me to partner up with him to photograph multi-million dollar properties in Las Vegas, Nevada. The income is supposed to range around $80,000 in the first year and I was supposed to start three weeks ago. Nothing is materializing yet, and I’m finally running out of money as I wait with crossed fingers.

Is there a pattern that is forming here as a result of my past thought processes? Is this level of consistency LIVING PROOF that I should have changed my negative thoughts into positive ones long ago?  It quickly becomes apparent as I flush-out the rest of these negative energies down the toilet. According to the Law of Attraction your thoughts and actions become your reality; thoughts become things. Right now, I’m imagining a million dollars sitting in a personal bank account while my content grows super-viral. I dream and desire to find new friends who are dependable and reliable entering my life, as I strive to be that way, myself. I believe in the Law of Attraction and I’m grateful for what I do have. Count your many blessings!
